Return Policy

New York Cartridge always keep a high-level customer satisfaction, including quality ink & toner cartridges and customer services. In case you would like to return your purchasings for whatever reasons, we will make a refund or replacement within 30 days after shipping-out date. Failure to return a product within the return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.

  • All returns require an approved RMA# from us in order to obtain replacement or refund; all refund or replacement will be only made upon receipt of your returned products. Please send return package with a tracking number to

  • If your item isn't working properly, please check the product manual and contact our customer services. If you're unable to resolve the problem, you will be able to receive a replacement or return your item for a refund.
  • If Customer receives damaged box upon delivery, please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify us immediately at info@nycartridgeoutlet.com to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged products. Please notify our Customer Service at info@nycartridgeoutlet.com of damaged products WITHIN THE FIRST 10 DAYS of receipt. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for nycartridgeoutlet.com to file a damage claim. Damaged merchandise will only be exchanged for the exact same product.
  • We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been opened and is not defective.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable , except our mistake, such as shipping a wrong item or defective products.
  • We will not take responsibility on mistaken orders that was caused by customers, Re-stock fee may be charged.
